As a customer of Biomat Direct, you may return any Biomat Professional or Mini Biomat within 30 days of the delivery date. The return can be for any reason, or no reason at all. To set up a return, please contact us and we will provide return authorization and instructions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but in the vast majority of Biomat Professionals or Mini Biomats we are able to process a full refund. Funds are applied to the same account used to make the purchase.
Restocking fees are common for the following products: Quantum Energy Pad, Biobelt, Biomat Single Size, Biomat Queen size, Biomat King size. We do ask that our customers cover the return shipping costs, except in special circumstances.
All returns must be made in the original packing materials to qualify.
