Standard Delivery Timeline

Our total delivery time is split into two phases: Handling Time (preparing your order) and Shipping Time (transit with the carrier).

  • Handling Time: Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to process, pack, and prepare for shipment from our facility.

  • Transit/Shipping Time: Once picked up by the carrier, standard domestic shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your delivery address.

📦 Estimated Total Delivery Window: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed.

Processing Delays & Inventory Lapses

We work hard to keep our standard timelines precise, but certain variables can occasionally impact fulfillment:

  • Seasonal or Promotional Demand: During high-volume holiday seasons, product launches, or special promotions, handling times may temporarily increase beyond our standard window.

  • Inventory Lapses: Because we carry advanced equipment, brief lapses in inventory can occasionally occur.

  • Our Communication Promise: In the rare event that your order faces a fulfillment delay due to demand or an item going temporarily out of stock, we will proactively contact you directly via phone or email to provide an updated timeline and discuss your options.

Expedited Shipping Requests

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping may be possible upon special request.

Because our items vary in weight and dimensions, expedited shipping options must be calculated manually. Please contact our support team immediately prior to, or directly after, placing your order via phone or email to check availability and obtain a custom priority shipping quote.

Shipment Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Numbers: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to activate with the carrier.

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the physical size and security value of our wellness products, we generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

At Biomat Direct, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward, transparent return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

100% Free Shipping (Within the United States)

We believe you shouldn't have to pay to return an item that isn't a perfect fit.

  • Domestic Returns: For all orders shipped within the United States, Biomat Direct will cover the entire cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • International Returns: Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes for returns originating outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

Zero Restocking Fees

Unlike other wellness and equipment brands, Biomat Direct does not charge any restocking fees. Whether the item was opened or simply didn't meet your expectations, you will receive a 100% refund of the original purchase price.

How to Initiate Your Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@biomatdirect.com (or through our website contact page) with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Print Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid trackable shipping label.

  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
