Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. There is typically a 2-3 day handling time before shipping your order. All Richway products are shipped via UPS and typically there is a 3-5 business day transit time for orders within the continental U.S.

If you require an expedited shipping service, please call or send a web-chat so we can accommodate your needs.

Order Shipment:

The Legato Lounger is a made to order item, and typically has a production/lead time of about 3 weeks. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@biomatdirect.com or call us at (720) 686-3063

UPS typically does a very good job, but just in case there are any Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you MUST MAKE A NOTE OF IT WHEN SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@superbmassagetables.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay account that you use when placing your order.

If the item your order contains a custom built or made to order item (Legato Lounger), and you cancel before it ships, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns of the Single, Queen, and King size Biomat and corresponding accessories such as the Quantum Energy Pad, Cotton, and Waterproof Cover may incur a 25% restocking fee. 

If you've received the item and should decide to return it, you must meet each of the following requirements, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      1. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item.
      2. You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
      3. The return may only be made with original packing materials.
      4. Biomat Professional and Mini may be returned within 30 days of delivery. BioAcoustic Mat may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

If both requirements are not met, thenn the product will come directly back to you and no refund will be awarded. If you meet both of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners:

  1. You may receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (shipping will not be refunded) as a store credit, or a cash refund. In any case, you are responsible for the entire shipping cost to return the product.
