I have chronic insomnia

I have chronic insomnia . It seems like the pillow has been helping. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. It’s not the most comfortable pillow, but the crystals in it have worked wonders for me. I wake up feel well rested and more energized in the morning.

At first the pillow was unusual... a bit hard and frankly unlike any other pillow I've tried. I'd switch it out with my old pillow during the night because I wasn't used to it. Now I'm sleeping all night on my amethyst pillow, I just love it. It has softened up and is comfy. I have a suspicion that it is boosting my pineal gland🙃. I am grateful that this product exists.
